Description

The test for highway=motorway|motorway_link without oneway needs to be updated to include [junction != roundabout].

oneway=yes is always implied in junction=roudabout ​http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:junction%3Droundabout and thus don't need a informational message about this.
