Notes and comments uploaded after an oauth token issue appear as anonymous

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Upload notes while the current OAuth token does not have notes access. JOSM will report this situation.
2. Go into JOSM settings, and request a new OAuth token to get the required permission
3. Without restarting JOSM, upload the notes again. This succeeds, but the notes and all comments appear as from anonymous.
4. After restarting JOSM, the notes are correctly associated with my account.

What is the expected result?

The notes and comments should be in my name.

What happens instead?

The notes appear as anonymous.

I cannot reproduce.

• ​http://api06.dev.openstreetmap.org/note/1139 has been created having OAuth enabled, but not yet a token

Please try again if the issue still persists, and give more details to reproduce.
