What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. download tiles from WMS service

have a layer with the immage of Sicily

It looks like this service works the same in version 8677 and 8491. Server returns error "unacceptable layer names: 0" though it's exactly the name, that's advertised in GetCapabilities document.

Looks like this is a problem with WMS server and not JOSM.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
