josm crashes, while scrolling down the state report

• started josm from console, in order to see the log messages
• loading map and bing background
• adding picture with piclayer plugin
• click windows => state report
• scrolling down

=> this crash

Hint: Was on the way to find reasons for bug #11732, whre there are more infos, concerning the sw env.
