Plugin elevationprofile: Support metric system

Description

The plugin elevationprofile shows distances in feet. I would prefer to see it in meters, which is what I've selected in the JOSM preferences (3rd page, first tab "Map Projection").

The units shown depend on the language and country settings for the Java virtual machine. To get metric results you may use some java options like java -Duser.language=de -Duser.country=DE -jar josm-latest.jar.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain OliverW.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
