[Patch] Use notifications for one click preset errors.

Description

Sometimes when using one click presets from the toolbar, the wrong preset is selected and it cannot be applied to the current selection. This pops up a modal dialog. It would be nice if instead a notification were issued, like when an action cannot be applied to the current selection.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain simon04.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
