WMS automatic changing zoom level problems

Description

  1. I have disabled automatic changing zoom level in options but when I add new layer then it have enabled.
  2. When I disable it by right click on layers list then in /content menu by right click on map/ checkbox is still checked.

And after loading session from file auto changing zoom is always enabled. Thanks.

In [8598] - disabling automatic changing zoom level should work again

I've checked the code, and it was set, that always on session load, auto zoom was always disabled. But maybe it should just use the defaults that you defined in settings?
