JOSM-latest isn't building automatically

Description

Just noticed that the last two 'normal' times that a JOSM-latest would be auto built have been missed. [8534] didn't get built yesterday, and [8536] today.

Just thought I'd give you guys a heads up about this in case it's a coding problem in one of the changesets after r8525 is causing this to happen or something entirely different is causing the problem.
