Blacklist WMS services by geodienste.sachsen.de

Hi,

I have heard that JOSM has an internal blacklist of image background, e.g. Google Maps. Could you please add all the WMS services by geodienste.sachsen.de? All WMS GetCapabilities URLs match following regex:

https?://geodienste.sachsen.de/.*

All these services are only free as in free beer, not free as in free speech. (non-commercial personal use only):

I want to avoid that we have to revert other edits by other mappers like this one. ​https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/32125423

Due to the current political situation in Saxony we cannot expect any change in their opinion about open-data in near future, i.e. unblock not necessary.
