Display AM/PM in picture creation date/time

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open any Mapillary picture, e.g. ​http://www.mapillary.com/map/im/4Tn_BqA9yG6gXNZlu_TARg

What is the expected result?

The date/time shown in the title bar should indicate if the time is AM/PM.

What happens instead?

The time shown is e.g. 03:30:54 without an indication of AM/PM. (see screenshot)
