bing imagery only partly loads after screensaver was active

What steps will reproduce the problem? ¶

1. After leaving pc alone for a while the screensaver activates at some time
2. When reopening josm the bing imagery does only partly update (see screenshot) - this behavior occurs on all zoomlevels.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. ¶

This behavior does not occur using mapbox imagery.
There is no other way to get bing imagery updated but to close and reopen josm - Flush Tile Cache has no effect.

How do start JOSM, using Java Web Start/jnlp or you have josm.jar downloaded locally?

I have a similar problem (see #11555), but it is not related with the screen saver.

For me it looks like Bing has internal load balancing by assigning each tile on each zoom level to a single server. If one server fails to deliver his tiles, you get this pattern of missing tiles.

The problem is that it does not always happen after screen saver awakenes... Maybe it is concerned with a certain time of bing imagery inactivity instead.

Can you try to get the "show tile info" once this happens on black tile?

I'd do it but unfortunately with the latest tested version (8491) it didn't occur again up to now... ;)
