What steps will reproduce the problem?
- hit ALT+a or click on "+Add" icon in tags window
What is the expected result?
add a new tag
What happens instead?
the window opens but the input fields are not activated

By not activated you mean they don't have the focus, or they're completely disabled?

they didn't have the focus and I couldn't get them to get it (no cursor), I guess that's completely disabled. On a screenshot, it would look normal.

This happens also on win 7; usually clicking cancel and then redoing "add" or the keyboard shortcut can, but not necessarily does resolve this.aI believe this is a duplicate report (has been reported previously), but if there's any way to come up with a solution this should be solved and not just closed as "not our fault".

after opening and closing a bit it works now, maybe some problem with the first initialization?
