Tag man_made=bunker_silo is only accepted for a closed structure when a bunjer silo is a open structure

Description

A bunker silo is an open structure, a polygon like a rectangle without one of its sides (see ​http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:man_made=bunker_silo). But there is no way to apply the tag man_made=bunker_silo to such a structure by selecting the icon. If you apply the tag manually you will receive a warning indicating the structure is not closed.

A bunker_silo does not only consist of the 3 walls at the sides. The bunker_silo is the whole area and you should map it as closed area.

Resolution: → invalid
Status: new → closed

The wiki also does not "allow" bunker_silo on unclosed ways. If you want to map the walls you can use barrier=wall on an additional way.
