Break long warning messages in pre-upload validation screen

I was going to send some data to OSM and got a very wide dialog:

Couldn't the messages somehow be broken into multiple lines to avoid dialogs like this?

I would recommend to just wrap the output of the opening_hours.js after a certain line length. Nothing I can do about it in opening_hours.js I would say.

For me it's fine to have the message truncated at a specific length too.
