Please, no mails about own actions on tickets

Description

Since some month, mails are also sent when someone attaches a file to a ticket.

Please, do not send mails own actions similar to commenting and changing tickets.

Are there user settings within Trac to tweak this behaviour on user level and to auto subscribing to tickets or is it only available for admins ?

Next try:

  1. Login on trac
  2. create a ticket
  3. attach a file or change the summary

I do not want to get emails about the change and the attachment similar to own comments but:

I get emails about the attachment and the change.

Resolution: → othersoftware
Status: new → closed

You'd need to report that to nevernotifyupdater plugin. ​http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/NeverNotifyUpdaterPlugin

A side note: for current Trac the notification system is reworked totally.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain stoecker.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
