[PATCH] Number of recent tags query in Add Value dialog reacts on Cancel with an message

Description

If the 'Set number of recently added tags' is selected on the popup menu of the Add value dialog, and then Cancel is pressed, message about the requirements to the input is still shown.

  1. Open Add value dialog (Alt+A)
  2. Right click on recently added tags, select 'Set number of ...'
  3. Click Cancel, see the info dialog

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
