java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError when closing JOSM preventing it from closing

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start JOSM.
2. Close JOSM.

What happens:
JOSM throws up an error right after you hit the 'X' button to close it.

What should happen:
JOSM should properly close.
