Lithuanian language translation not included

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Edit->Preferences->LookAndFeel->Language
2. No item „Lithuanian“

While more than requested number of text is translated to Lithuanian

What is the expected result?

Lithuanian language should be included

What happens instead?

Lithuanian translation not included

Still a long way to go ...

Please check, that plural forms are right. Rules for Lt differ from Ru and all similar types, so I had to add new ruleset.
