I'm not sure which conditions must a tag fulfil to become a JOSM preset.

man_made=cutline

  • is used more than 100'000 times (of total 700'000 man_made=* ways!)
  • has Wiki-Pages in 7 languages
  • is used worldwide (not a result of an import)
  • is rendered by Mapnik default style
  • BUT has only status=unspecified in wiki

Today the validator complaining abut this tag.
