Split (add context) "tower type" occurences for proper translation

Description

The string "Tower type" is used for these items:
item "Man Made/Man Made/Tower" combo "Tower type"
item "Power Tower" combo "Tower type"

But these need to be translated differently in some languages. Please add context to one of them.
