Select box can be moved

What steps will reproduce the problem?

LMB/RMB - mouse buttons

1. Turn select mode (S)
2. Press and hold LMB, and draw select area
3. Press and hold RMB
4. By moving mouse you can move select box made in 2.
5. Stop holding RMB and after LMB
6. Now without holding mouse, you still can see this box
7. When moving map view then box is still in same place
