Changeset with 50k objects is not auto-closed

[Vort_]

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create 50k+ objects.
2. Upload them to server (with auto-creation and auto-close enabled).

What is the expected result?

(With ~53k objects)
Both changesets are closed after upload.

What happens instead?

First changeset remains open, while second one is closed.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
