Change way direction: Missing case of changing key

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Have a way with cycleway:left:oneway=-1
2. Change its direction

What is the expected result?

cycleway:right:oneway=yes should be offered

What happens instead?

cycleway:left:oneway=yes is offered

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Did not check it completely so far but there seems to be a problem with the reg expression to filter.
