Simple UI improvement for History dialog

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. View history dialog for node/way/relation selection
2. Click date/user text from list with version >1
3. Click date/user beside version 1 entry

What is the expected result?

Version 1 A and B radio buttons to be selected and initial version 1 tags to be shown

What happens instead?

Nothing (other than focus being set)
