Description

Martin Koppenhoefer asked if presets could be added as dropdown buttons in the toolbar, not as
individual presets. Sounds reasonable, though it required the introduction of icons for the preset groups. As group icons would help in the presets menu either, I volonteer to create them.

The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
