Description

There is a validator warning for building=entrance, but it is still displayed in the map view with the entrance icon. entrance=* is now used nearly 10 times as much as building=entrance. (​http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/compare/building=entrance/entrance) So I suggest to change the icon of building=entrance to deprecated.png.
