the changeset manager dialog has some empty tooltips

Description

When viewing the list of changesets in the Windows->Changeset manager dialog, hovering the mouse over data in some columns (e.g. ID, dates, discussions) produces an empty tooltip. Other columns seem to work fine (e.g. comment and username).

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
