the defaultprest already defines:

    <chunk id="highway_yesno_incline_oneway_lit_width">
        <reference ref="highway_yesno_incline_oneway_lit" />
        <text key="width" text="Width (meters)" />
    </chunk>

However this is used only for parking_aisle highway=road. The other highway types use only highway_yesno_incline_oneway_lit
I think they should also use the one with _width.
