[patch] Added features to sorting route relation of public_transport version 2 scheme

Description

Sorts the relation [type=route] according to the ​scheme:

stop
platform
stop
platform
.....

Out of the way to extracts terms public_transport=stop_position and searches them against in relation. Then it picks up the platform of the same name or blank within ~26m.
As a bonus puts the respective roles of the members.
