facts: using background layer, not all areas are downloaded, doing some changes
action: after changes are done i download the area i made changes to. some conflicts appear. if i click on zoom to conflict the downloaded data moves to right position but the background layer don't. if i zoom out the new downloaded tiles appears on right position, if i zoom in again i get the old tiles wich have are not displayed on the right position
