Way tagged aeroway=runway causes warning in validator

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Ways tagged aeroway=​runway
2. Validate

What is the expected result? - No errors

What happens instead? - Area way style is not closed

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Same error as ticket #10469, which was closed by
fix #10469 - Way tagged aeroway=taxiway causes warning in validator

Closed as duplicate of #10469.
So why do you create a new duplicate ticket instead of upgrading to the latest version of JOSM, which solves this problem? I don't understand.

Sorry for the duplicate, I didn't expect runway to be fixed in the same manner as taxiway, also I'm using tested version, not latest as it is said:
