disclose less personal information in status info — at Initial Version

Description
I am a bit reluctant in posting the status report because of the private data included. I believe there could be excluded some values (or maybe a (single) checkbox to let you exclude this), stuff like
download.places.history, directory names containing the local username (or substitute that local name with "username"), file-open.history, org.openstreetmap.josm.gui.download.DownloadObjectDialog.primitivesHistory, reverter.ChangesetIdQuery.changesetsHistory,
search.history, imagery.entries, imagery.offsets and maybe more, that would only sometimes be automatically disclosed if you decided to upload something (e.g. changeset reverts).
