taggingpresets wiki - add missing documentation for missing values ie. <match>

On the wiki page https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/TaggingPresets. There is some values that need documentation for. It even says 'outdated'. I propose at least a copy/paste from defaultpresets.xml until more information can be gathered.

I was waiting for a Trac Plugin to include parts of the source directly in a wiki page in order to only have one source to maintain but if you are motivated feel free to update.

Sure, "anonymous" may edit almost all pages, though in reality only few users are editing and some only maintain one language. Further the English versions were often written by non-native speaker and might need some updates/corrections and there are quite some extra pages for features missing.
