Error Message while using HousenumberTaggingTool

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Error-Message (Update Plugin) only comes randomly
2. Imidiatly after pressing the Key "K" the error message comes
3. After ignoring the error... everything works fine...
4. All Plugins are new... Deleting the complete JOSM App-Data didnt solve the problem.

What is the expected result?
No Error Message...

What happens instead?
Error Message... (Try to update the plugin, Remove Plugin, etc...)

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
