Here is a new icon for barrier=block. The current icon is sometimes hard to see on aerial imagery background due to its single color, like it was with turning_circle before.

For replacing of ​old icon.

In ​elemstyle.mapcss just the file extension needs to get changed from .png to .svg .

In ​defaultpreset.xml the icon path needs to get changed from icon="presets/block.png" to icon="styles/standard/vehicle/block.svg".
