Strange validator message about multipolygons

Validate the attached example file and see two info messages that I really can't find anything wrong nor understand why it's giving a message:

One "No style in multipolygon relation" and one "No style for multipolygon"

Am I not seeing something wrong with them or it's indeed something wrong with the validator?

Mmh once more boundaries and not multipolygons. Strange that I only get one warning about each relation as they both have the same tags.

In 7290/josm:

fix #10227 - exclude boundary relations from "No style for multipolygon" test
