[PATCH] improve icon of turning_circle

The icon of turning_circle is just grey, so it is often hard to see with bing aerial image as background as streets are also often grey.
A white outline on the turning_circle icon or similar would help.

Here is my suggestion:
It is not perfect, but improves the display as you can see on the following examples with the new icon. The outline could be interpreted as the kerb of the street. Therefore I didn't make the white outline on the left side.
