At least on OS-X it seems as if remote control is broken (not working any more, in prefs. all crosses are set to allow, but requiring manual confirmation).

Status: needinfo → closed

oops, after rebooting and restarting it now seems to work, probably just a hickup of some kind.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain dieterdreist.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
