Erroneous plural form in string

Must say I'm impressed with the speed of JOSM devs when dealing with tickets :-)
Found a grammar issue this time.

Located in ../plugins/graphview/src/org/openstreetmap/josm/plugins/graphview/core/access/ImplicationXMLReader.java:214:

"Element must not have childs: {0}"

Plural form of child is "children", not childs.

These issues are easy and can be done fast. Most of the others aren't. We have enough other open tickets to let these easy ones stay long :-)
