Better support for cycleway

Description

So far only cycleway=* is rendered.

I would like to have also cycleway:left/right=* supported.

A better rendering would uses casing to proper show the side of the road where the cycleway exists.

Likewise we could discuss sidewalk=*

TODO: sidewalk=*. I'm not entirely sure this should be in the main style. Maybe only at high zoom level?

Certainly not on all zoom levels, map is hopelessly messy anyway.

I would prefer to not have it displayed at all - but I hate this tagging model so I am biased.
