upload track to server: use description and keywords from gpx file

Description

when I upload track to OSM server (Ctrl+G) there is a dialog with tags field
this field empty alltime even tags was written to gpx file (<gpx><metadata><keywords>my keywords...</keywords></metadata></gpx>)

I propose fill this field automatical using value from gpx file, also you can use tag <desc> to fill description field.
