Translations missing or not shown

Some translations are not shown translated in JOSM right panels buttons (buttons on bottom of each panel) although it seems they are already translated (a long ago) in Launchpad. They are currently shown in English:

• Measurement plugin panel
  1. "Reset" button - ​http://translations.launchpad.net/josm/trunk/+pots/josm/pt/2734/+translate in this example translation is not shown in bottom panel button although that same translation is shown in UtilsPluginPreferences

• Relation Toolbox plugin panel (reltoolbox)
  1. "Find" button - may be ​http://translations.launchpad.net/josm/trunk/+pots/josm/pt/7005/+translate (it seems is not used in this button)

• Validation Results panel
  1. "Select" button - ​http://translations.launchpad.net/josm/trunk/+pots/josm/pt/562/+translate
  2. "Fix" button - ​http://translations.launchpad.net/josm/trunk/+pots/josm/pt/1717/+translate
  3. "Ignore" button - ​http://translations.launchpad.net/josm/trunk/+pots/josm/pt/489/+translate

I'm using JOSM 5531 in Portuguese but this happens in other translations too like Spanish for example.
