[PATCH] Dialog windows header can not be translated.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Have som text in the clipboard.
2. Try to create a new PicLayer via menu "New picture layer from clipboard"
3. Then a dialog window shows with a "Message" as header.

What is the expected result?

Text string from dialog windows are in Launchpad.

What happens instead?

Text string from dialog windows are not in Launchpad.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

It looks like other dialog windows header in this plugin also are missing in Launchpad.
Try to read a bad calibration file.
Try to read a bad picture file.
Try to quit when the calibration file is not saved.
