Description
I was using the photo_geotagging plugin to align images to a better GPS location. Then I tried uploading them to mapillary.com and their website gave me an error. I filled a bug with them, see:

One of their maintainers showed me that I needed to add the GPS version ID
"exiftool -GPSVersionID=2.3.0.0 /location/*.jpg"
This fixed the upload error. Could you add the "GPSVersionID=2.3.0.0" tag to this plugin?

In [o30803], [o30804] - fixed #10745 - add "GPSVersionID=2.3.0.0" tag for Mapillary.com
also: update sanselan library from version 904291 to version 1633840.
Bugs from previous version seem to be fixed.
