loading an osmChange file with nodes inside <modify> dos not mark them dirty

Can you attach your file please ? Could you also describe a bit more your problem, I'm not sure to understand ?

1 Start JOSM
2 open osmModify.osc
push upload button
i get an dialog box with the message "nothing to upload"

was expecting to upload all the nodes inside <modify>

Resolution: → fixed
Status: new → closed

In 5345/josm:

fix #7857 - Mark osmChange primitives inside <modify> block as modified + allow to load remote .osc files
