Zoom in and zoom out (view menu) does not work in Mac Os by pressing ⌘+ and ⌘-, as described in menu items.

No problem for me on JOSM 5369 with OS 10.6.8 when using de +/- on the numeric keypad, but ⌘+ and ⌘- on the main keyboard are not working (french keyboard by the way).
