Forgetting mirrored_download settings

Description

I have my OSM mirror URL set to a custom URL (​http://192.168.1.5:8080/xapi/api/0.6/)

When I close JOSM and re-launch it it forgets about this setting, using one of the default mirrors.

Re-opening the select OSM mirror URL dialog and closing it causes it to use the correct mirror.
