turnrestrictions plugin section missing in preferences

After I just upgraded to r4979, I noticed that the turnrestrictions plugin section is now missing. If I downgrade back to r4961, it shows up again. So, a recent change in JOSM isn't allowing that plugin to show it's preference section when you're in the main JOSM preferences.

Not only turnrestrictions due to core changes :) . I'll try to fix plugins.
Seems that BastiK have fixed it. Close?
