The sources should also be available to fulfill the licence.

Which part of the sources isn't available? Download the repository with subversion, compile with the ant build script - that's all there is.

Sorry, I had a deeper look on it and you are right.

There are only binaries, no sources for now.
Uncomment the deb-src line in sources.list.
If you are interested in compiling from source you need to download the source from svn or git.
Maybe the debian sources work, too.
