Extrude action creates extra segments when moving the map

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  • draw one segment,
  • select the extrude tool,
  • extrude the segment to create a rectangle,
  • move the map using the right mouse button.

When releasing the right mouse button extra segments are created from one of the rectangle's corners.
